Free Delivery on Orders Over £99

We offer free UK Mainland delivery (excluding Highlands) on all orders over £99 (ex VAT). All orders will be processed and despatched within 1-2 working days.

Delivery Notifications

If you provide a mobile phone number, you will receive a text from ParcelForce on the day of delivery advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection. You will also receive a pre-delivery notification with the anticipated one hour delivery time window.

Standard delivery £4.95 on orders under £99

For orders below £99 (ex VAT) our standard delivery charge is £4.95 +VAT.
Orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Weekends and Bank Holidays

Any orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day. We use ParcelForce for our courier service. They deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm. No deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays.

Out of Stock Items

If any product is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date.
