Based from home, your work will include some night and Saturdays. Although You need ideally to be trained to C&G2377 and have had some Previous PAT Experience we can provide in house training if needed. The average annual income for engineers is currently between £25,000 to £40,000, (@30p per test) approx 300-500 tests per shift however this is uncapped. you can be Self-employed or employed PAYE . You will need your own transport which is payable to you at 28p per mile from home to job and back. Candidate is to be based around Leeds area as you will be required to work with other team members located in the same area to share transport to clients sites if and when needed or work on your own. Areas of work are mainly Manchester, North West, North East, Yorkshire, Midlands and occasionally Scotland , but further afield work is undertaken and overnight stays required as and when including weekends. The Role
As an Electrical Equipment Tester (PAT Tester) at Guardian Electrical Compliance, you will carry out inspections and tests on electrical equipment in commercial and industrial environments.
